About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with support from a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and RCM. Before launch, extensive training will be provided in leadership, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and culture building. Experienced leaders will offer guidance throughout the process.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Ready to build and lead a startup clinic.
Willingness to become an Equity Partner.
