About The Position
The Physical Therapist plans and implements individualized treatment programs for patients with physical injuries, disabilities, and disorders. The role collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team and administers and directs the use of physical agents and therapeutic techniques in rehabilitation and physical medicine as prescribed by a qualified provider. This position is full-time at the Sturgeon Bay location.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist, or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
- Graduate of a physical therapy school approved by the State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board.
- Current state license from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
- BLS Certification.
- Wisconsin Driver’s License.
