About The Position
Assisted is seeking Physical Therapists for its Home Health Division, supporting the Santa Barbara branch. Full-time work is preferred, but per diem work is also available. Visit pay is listed as $146 per SOC, $101 per evaluation, and $91 per routine visit. The role involves assessing patients’ functioning, providing therapeutic treatment, and evaluating equipment needs as applicable. A full job description is available upon request.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments to determine level of functioning, including OASIS assessments at appropriate time points.
- Conduct assessments using procedures such as manual and electrical muscle examinations, functional evaluations, gait analysis, sensory testing, range-of-motion measurements, and assessment of the development and utilization of human movement.
- Provide therapeutic treatments and evaluate equipment needs, as applicable.
