About The Position
Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time Home Health position in Marshfield, WI. This role involves providing therapy services in patients' homes within the Marshfield area. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for a 13-week contract.
Requirements
- Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.
- Proficiency with HCHB EMR system.
- Valid Physical Therapist license.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Manage patient care within the Marshfield territory.
- Utilize HCHB EMR system for documentation.
Benefits
- Competitive weekly gross pay of $2280.
- Hourly rate of $57/hour ($25/hour W-2 taxable, $32/hour non-taxable stipend).
