About The Position
KleenMark is hiring a part-time second-shift Cleaning Technician in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The position involves cleaning in a medical or healthcare setting, including detailed cleaning and disinfecting, attention to detail, and general cleaning responsibilities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. No prior experience is required; training is provided for candidates with the right attitude who share the company’s core values. The technician performs cleaning tasks to KleenMark standards and follows the location-specific scope of work. KleenMark provides tools and training support for meeting quality and inspection standards. Employees must follow environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures, including requirements for chemical use, medical cleaning, and incident reporting. Employees working in medical facilities must wear a mask and gloves throughout their shift; necessary personal protective equipment is provided.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Perform detailed and general cleaning and disinfecting duties in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks according to KleenMark standards and the location-specific scope of work.
- Meet quality and inspection standards using provided tools and training.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures, including those for chemical use, medical cleaning, and reporting incidents.
- Report to work each day and on time.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by maintaining a positive attitude.
- Wear a mask and gloves throughout the shift when working in a medical facility.
