About The Position

KleenMark is hiring a full-time Cleaning Technician for a medical facility in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role involves cleaning and disinfecting in a medical or healthcare setting, with attention to detail and general cleaning responsibilities. Duties and hours may vary depending on the building and the number of teammates, and tasks may change during employment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The stated pay is $18.00 per hour. Select vaccines are required for this position. Employees working in medical facilities must wear a mask and gloves throughout their shift; KleenMark provides necessary personal protective equipment. The technician maintains the cleanliness of the assigned building by performing tasks such as cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and break rooms, replenishing supplies, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and performing other floor care. Other duties include dusting, emptying and transporting waste and recyclables, cleaning rugs and upholstered furniture, and washing walls, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills. Employees are expected to report to work on time, work extra hours when needed, follow safety procedures, provide positive customer service, and ensure work is neat, accurate, and thorough. Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other surfaces; replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform additional floor care such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing when required.
Clean and disinfect break room and kitchenette sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, and refrigerators; replenish supplies.
Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and other surfaces.
Empty wastebaskets and recyclables and transport them to the disposal area.
Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, including hip or backpack vacuums.
Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
Report to work on time and work extra hours when needed.
Follow required safety policies and procedures, including those for using cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
Provide positive customer service to internal and external customers and ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough.
Wear a mask and gloves throughout the shift while working in a medical facility.
