About The Position

Island Therapy Center is seeking two Physical Therapists for an outpatient travel position. This role involves providing physical therapy services for an adult orthopedic caseload, primarily serving Self-Pay and Medicare patients. Therapists will manage their own patients from evaluation to discharge, with a focus on one-on-one care. The clinic emphasizes patient and therapist satisfaction through dedicated scheduling, with 60-minute evaluations and 40-minute follow-ups. Documentation is designed to be intuitive, and there is no 'hand-off' to assistants or aides, nor double-booking. This is a four to five-month position, beginning December or January, with flexible scheduling options (25-35 hours/week) and no weekend requirements. Additional opportunities may be available for therapists with niche skills. The position is ideal for a single traveling therapist or two traveling together.

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapy License required.
• At least 2 years outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities
