Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient
About The Position
Sentara Therapy Center - Century in Woodbridge, VA is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to work a 14-week assignment! This is a temporary full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a day shift schedule. The role involves performing modalities and therapeutic interventions according to accepted standards of care and department policies. It also includes providing effective instruction to patients and families, initiating and maintaining collaborative interactions with team members, patients, and families to improve outcomes, and being productive and efficient in daily operations. The Physical Therapist will select and perform appropriate assessment procedures and establish and update formal plans of care to address individual patient needs. A valid license in the state of practice is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Level Degree – Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist License (PT) – Virginia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Required license must be valid in state of practice.
