About The Position
Relient Health is seeking a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work full-time in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Sterling, Colorado. The facility provides rehabilitation services through a collaborative, patient-focused therapy department. The role offers a supportive team, modern equipment, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. New graduates and experienced PTAs are welcome.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Colorado license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Communicate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nursing staff.
- Promote patient independence and mobility.
