Requirements
- State of Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant License
- Experience preferred – but we’re also willing to invest in new grads!
- Passionate about helping others and committed to providing top-quality care.
- Attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to motivate patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
- Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
- Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.
