About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to care for a diverse patient population at Surprise Rehab. The role offers a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. PAM Health provides specialty care to chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct patient care and plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System. The role also contributes to further development of services and requires flexibility to meet system needs across different facilities.
Requirements
- PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn is sought.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
