About The Position
LLE Education Group is seeking an enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher for its school in Dale City, Virginia. The teacher will create engaging lessons, support children throughout classroom activities and routines, maintain a safe and stimulating environment, collaborate on curriculum, and communicate with families. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours varying by location between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The position pays $15.00–$18.00 per hour; compensation within that range depends on experience, education, training, certifications, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
Requirements
- CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field, or equivalent coursework.
- At least one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility; active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.
- Ability to meet Virginia licensing standards and pass a background check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Reliability, engagement, patience, and ability to thrive in a dynamic classroom.
- Ability to build relationships with children, families, and the team.
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to students’ and school’s needs.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students.
- Support children through learning, playing, meals, and resting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative curriculum ideas.
- Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates.
