About The Position

ECHO Community Healthcare is seeking a full-time Phone Nurse for its Mulberry Clinic at 31315 Mulberry Street. The role is part of a clinical team in a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment. ECHO is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center offering adult primary care, pediatric care, social work, behavioral healthcare, prescription assistance, case management, and dental care to community members, including insured, uninsured, underinsured, and homeless individuals.

The Clinical Phone Specialist is accountable for incoming patient telephone calls. The position involves telephone assessments, scheduling patients, and collaborating with clinical staff. The clinic setting is focused on primary care. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for 40 hours per week, with no evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• RN or LPN license, or CMA certificate.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Concern for client dignity.

Nice To Haves

• BLS Certification.
• One year of EPIC experience.
• One year of clinical experience.
• One year of pediatric experience.
• Spanish language skills.
