LPN / RN - Nurse
About The Position
Life Enriching Communities is hiring an LPN or RN to oversee and deliver resident care in its Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units at Twin Towers in Cincinnati, Ohio. The nurse coordinates nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards, administers medications and treatments, provides care according to care plans, monitors residents and responds to changes in their conditions, and supports residents’ well-being and comfort. The role also involves documenting care in electronic medical records and collaborating with other departments and communicating with families. The position is offered full-time or part-time, with day and night schedules listed as 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. The ideal candidate is a dedicated, detail-oriented nurse who responds effectively in critical situations, delivers high-quality care, communicates well, and builds trust with residents and colleagues. Requirements
- Hold a current Ohio RN or LPN license.
- Have experience in a healthcare setting; senior living or hospital care experience is preferred.
- Understand rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
