About The Position

Sentara Health is hiring a Phlebotomist-Clinical Lab Assistant to work part time on the first (day) shift in central testing at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, Virginia. The role performs patient phlebotomy while maintaining a high level of customer service. It also collects, labels, and processes patient specimens for testing; handles registration and test data entry; and monitors supply levels. Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent is required.
BLS is required within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Phlebotomy course preferred.

One year of experience preferred.
