About The Position

Sentara Health is hiring an experienced Phlebotomist – Clinical Lab Assistant to work part time days at the NDC Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia. The shift is 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The role performs patient phlebotomy while maintaining a high level of customer service. It also involves collecting, labeling, and processing patient specimens for testing; registering patients and entering test data; and monitoring supply levels.

Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent.
One year of experience.
BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
