Pest Control Technician (entry level or experienced)
About The Position
EnviroGuard, a family-owned and operated Pest Control company founded in 2015, is seeking individuals who are eager for personal growth and want to be part of a rapidly growing team. The company aims to provide an excellent customer experience by keeping homes pest-free. As the company expands, there are ample opportunities for team members to broaden their roles and advance within the organization. This role is suitable for individuals with no prior pest control knowledge, as comprehensive training will be provided, including assistance with state licensing. A key aspect of the job involves customer interaction, making enthusiasm and people skills essential. Service professionals will treat residential homes, both interior and exterior, requiring direct customer engagement.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- High school or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work hard and learn
- Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation
Nice To Haves
- Existing pest control knowledge or state licensing
- Sales experience (sales are not required but commission is offered)
Responsibilities
- Treat residential homes with Pest Control products (training provided).
- Interact with customers throughout the day, ensuring a great customer experience.
- Adapt to a changing daily schedule, including cancelled or added appointments, requiring flexibility and quick thinking.
- Drive a company vehicle to customer locations.
