About The Position
Fox Pest Control is seeking a full-time Pest Control Service Manager to lead a team, uphold company core values, and manage branch operations. The manager participates in technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational aspects of the pest control business; collaborates with branch leadership and office personnel; and oversees a team of technicians and other staff. Fox Pest Control emphasizes employee and customer relationships, outstanding service, leadership development, and a positive, empowering work culture.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations.
- Exceptional customer service and customer retention abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills, including route management.
- Ability to handle a wide variety of duties.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the pest control or lawn care industry is strongly preferred.
- Previous sales management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and integrate Fox Pest Control’s core values into branch operations.
- Engage in technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management of the pest control business.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and other service managers to support smooth operations.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians to maintain high service standards.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
- Lead, coach, and counsel a multi-level staff of 10 or more individuals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the branch.
