About The Position

Saela is hiring a Pest Control Inspector for an active, customer-facing field role combining residential inspections, customer education, and sales. Inspect homes, identify pest activity and risk factors, and recommend treatment solutions that protect homeowners’ homes and families. The position involves working in areas such as attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior spaces, building customer relationships, and generating business through customer interactions and referrals. Inspectors manage their schedules and follow-up activities and work toward monthly and quarterly targets set by management, with manager support to help meet or exceed sales goals. Saela offers average annual earnings of $90,000 to $140,000, guaranteed base pay for the first four months, uncapped commissions, annual bonus opportunities, and opportunities for increased sales commissions each year. Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops; ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
Willingness to work in different types of weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in pest control, HVAC, construction, roofing, solar, telecommunications, cable or internet installation, route sales, home services, or customer-facing field service is helpful but not required.
