As a Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue, developing a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional fitness experiences. You will be responsible for growing personal training sales, coaching trainers on business development, and ensuring members receive top-tier service. High School Diploma or GED required
CPR Certification required
Nationally recognized personal training certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)

Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth.

Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance to consistently exceed goals.
Foster relationships with members, actively promote personal training services, and cultivate a strong fitness community.
Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and safe training environment, and optimize scheduling efficiency.
