About The Position

CR Fitness is hiring a Personal Training Manager in Training for its NE St. Pete Club. This role is designed for high-potential individuals who are ready to lead, develop, and grow. The company provides training, mentorship, and tools to help the successful candidate become a top-performing Personal Training Manager at one of its expanding clubs. The position is suited to someone passionate about fitness and helping others, with strong communication and organizational skills and a desire to lead and grow within a team.

The role offers an average total compensation of $70,000–$100,000, along with insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, education and career development, and a complimentary Crunch membership.

Requirements

• Nationally accredited personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, or IFPA.
• CPR certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Desire to lead and grow within a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Outgoing, professional, and coachable.
• Availability to work a four-hour weekend day shift.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred.
