About The Position

BAYADA Habilitation is hiring Personal Support Assistants for its Maui Habilitation Team. The role provides one-on-one companionship and community-based support to individuals with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist individuals in building independence, developing life skills, participating in community activities, and achieving personal goals. No experience is required, and paid training is provided. The position is part-time, with flexible weekday and weekend shifts. Pay starts at $20 per hour, paid weekly, with opportunities for higher rates when supporting clients with more complex needs. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation for community outings.
• Compassion, patience, and dependability.
• Ability to read and write in English.
