About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You learn about each customer’s needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you help customers have memorable visits, build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty. The role is focused on selling and customer experience, not just cashiering, and also includes helping keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top sellers, and staying current on trends and promotions. On the sales floor, they welcome customers and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers and merchandise selected for return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, and work to improve, learn from each other, achieve sales goals, and deliver individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
