Sales Advisor - South Coast Plaza
About The Position
ANINE BING is hiring a full-time Sales Advisor, also referred to as a Stylist, for its South Coast Plaza store. As an ambassador for the brand, the Stylist works with the in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and personalized, one-to-one service. The ideal candidate enjoys building customer relationships and working with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals. The role includes serving customers in person and digitally, developing fashion and product knowledge, building a client book, conducting personal outreach, and supporting store presentation and daily operations. Candidates must be comfortable selling in-store and virtually using technology and able to meet the physical demands of a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of fashion, styling, or retail sales experience.
- Experience in personal styling and a goal-driven environment.
- Ability to build and maintain a client book.
- Ability to bring positive, engaging energy to the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts.
- Ability to meet physical demands including extended standing and walking; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and ladder climbing; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
