Make Every Order Right, Every Time As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club, you'll play a key role in delivering the convenience members count on. From picking and preparing orders to greeting members at pickup, your attention to detail and friendly service help create a seamless experience. In this role, you'll spend your day pulling orders accurately, preparing items for pickup, supporting members through the fulfillment process, and ensuring every order meets the quality and timeliness members expect.

Responsibilities
- Fulfill Click n Pull, Scan & Go, and other pickup orders accurately and efficiently
- Pull, scan, wrap, and palletize items for member pickup
- Secure orders and verify accuracy before releasing to members
- Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise and offer substitutions when appropriate
- Promote membership benefits, upgrades, and credit accounts
- Assist members with questions, purchasing decisions, and order issues
- Maintain a clean, organized staging area for order pickups
- Use hand-held technology to manage orders, inventory, and communication
