About The Position

The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses coverage options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. The role builds customer relationships and produces insurance sales. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring an active Property & Casualty license and insurance experience. Leads are provided.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Insurance experience.
• At least 1 year of personal insurance sales experience.
• Ability to manage different projects and tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and calmly, both verbally and in writing, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to plan and work in an organized manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects.
• Quote and sell policies.
• Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
• Follow up on tasks and see them through to completion.
• Appropriately document contact opportunities.
• Act professionally in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.
