Personal Lines Insurance Specialist
About The Position
Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to provide quotes to prospective customers, discuss insurance options, and consult with customers to meet their insurance needs. The role focuses on building relationships and producing insurance sales. This is a full-time, in-office position; licensing and experience are required. Inszone is a customer-centric, full-service insurance agency founded in 2002 and has grown to more than 1,000 team members, with locations across nearly half the country as of fall 2025. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License.
- Insurance experience.
- At least 1 year of personal insurance sales experience.
- Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak and write clearly and calmly, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to plan and operate in an organized manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects; leads are provided.
- Quote and sell policies.
- Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
- Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
- Appropriately document contact opportunities.
- Act professionally in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.
