About The Position

The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses insurance options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. The role focuses on building relationships and producing insurance sales. It is a full-time, in-office position that requires an active Property & Casualty license and insurance experience. Leads are provided.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Insurance experience.
• One year of personal insurance sales experience.
• Ability to manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak and write clearly and calmly, with customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Ability to plan and work in an organized manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects.
• Quote and sell policies.
• Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Appropriately document contact opportunities.
• Act professionally in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.
