About The Position
Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist. The role provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses coverage options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. The specialist builds customer relationships and produces insurance sales. The position is full-time and in-office; licensing and experience are required. Leads are provided. Inszone is a full-service insurance agency founded in 2002. The company emphasizes personalized insurance solutions, customer satisfaction, strong relationships, and collaboration with team members and insurance carriers.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License.
- Insurance experience.
- At least 1 year of personal insurance sales experience.
- Ability to manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and calm verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan and work in an organized manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects using company-provided leads.
- Quote and sell insurance policies.
- Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
- Follow up on tasks and see them through to completion.
- Appropriately document contact opportunities.
- Act professionally with a sales and service mindset.
