About The Position

Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to provide quotes to prospective customers, discuss coverage options, and consult with customers to meet their insurance needs. The position is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales. It is a full-time, in-office role requiring an active Property & Casualty license and insurance experience. Leads are provided.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License.
• Insurance experience.
• One year of Personal Insurance Sales experience (required).
• Ability to manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and calm verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to plan and work in an organized manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects using company-provided leads.
• Quote and sell policies.
• Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
• Follow up on tasks and see them through to completion.
• Appropriately document contact opportunities.
• Act professionally in all cases, using a sales and service mindset.
