About The Position

Inszone Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to provide quotes to prospective customers, discuss coverage options, and consult with customers to address their insurance needs. The role builds customer relationships and generates insurance sales. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring an active Property & Casualty license and insurance experience. Leads are provided.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Insurance experience.
• At least 1 year of personal insurance sales experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and calm verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and work in an organized manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects using company-provided leads.
• Quote and sell insurance policies.
• Protect the best interests of clients and insurance company partners.
• Follow up on tasks and see them through to completion.
• Document contact opportunities appropriately.
• Act professionally in all situations, using a sales and service mindset.
