About The Position
The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales. Inszone Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency with more than 150 locations nationwide. Our firm specializes in customized insurance products for businesses and individuals. We have direct appointments with many major insurance markets. Requirements
- Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Active Property & Casualty License required.
- Insurance experience necessary.
- Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
- Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
- Experience and proper licensing are required.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
- Quote and sell policies
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
- Appropriately document contact opportunities
- Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset
