About The Position

The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales. Inszone Insurance Services is a customer-centric, full-service insurance agency established to deliver personalized and comprehensive insurance solutions. Founded in 2002, the company has undergone significant expansion and now features more than 1,000 team members across nearly half the country, with plans to establish locations in all 50 states.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License
• Insurance experience
• Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all
• Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
• Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
• 1 year of Personal Insurance Sales experience
• Property & Casualty License

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
• Quote and sell policies
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
• Appropriately document contact opportunities
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset
