The Personal Injury Case Manager oversees the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution and serves as the primary point of contact for clients. The position is on-site and pays $30.00–$45.00 per hour in base pay. It is also eligible for a performance-based bonus, subject to program terms.

Requirements

At least 2 years of personal injury case management experience.
Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and medical treatment.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files.
Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps.
Gather and organize supporting documentation.
Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties.
Assist attorneys with case development and preparation.
Ensure files progress efficiently and in a timely manner.
Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate case documentation within the CRM system.
