About The Position

Concordia at SpiriTrust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Care Home Administrator to lead the daily operations of its Personal Care community in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania. The role oversees facility operations, resident care and services, regulatory compliance, financial performance, human resources, and quality improvement initiatives. Pay is based on experience, with a range of $75,000–$90,000. Requirements

• Meet at least one Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Personal Care Home regulatory qualification: at least 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, or a Personal Care Home Administrator license issued by the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Nice To Haves

• An LPN license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across all departments to ensure residents receive high-quality care and services that support their physical, social, and emotional well-being.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, quality assurance programs, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with budget development and monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, accounts receivable, and overall financial performance.
• Work closely with the admissions team to maintain census and support occupancy goals.
