About The Position

AssistCare PCS is seeking a compassionate and professional Personal Care Attendant to support a client whose daily life has been affected by age or illness. The position is in Nacogdoches, Texas, ZIP code 75964, and offers flexible scheduling. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and every other weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The role includes helping with meals, activities of daily living, ambulatory care, basic household chores, and laundry. AssistCare PCS provides personal protective equipment (PPE) and offers benefits to part-time employees.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Bring compassion, dedication, and professionalism to client care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and clean up after meals.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide ambulatory care.
• Perform basic home chores, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Do laundry.
