About The Position

Always Best Care–Atlanta is seeking a compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistant to provide hands-on in-home support for a male client in Conyers, Georgia. The client is bedbound and needs moderate to maximum assistance with personal care, daily activities, and mobility. The assignment is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, focused on the client's safety, comfort, and dignity at home.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Experience caring for bedbound clients or individuals requiring moderate to maximum assistance is preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Clear TB test result dated within the past year.
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to provide hands-on personal care and follow safe caregiving procedures.
• Dependable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience.
• Experience caring for bedbound clients or individuals requiring moderate to maximum assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide moderate to maximum hands-on personal care support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility using appropriate safety procedures and equipment as needed.
• Support the client in maintaining safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Follow the established care plan and proper infection control practices.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition, care needs, or home safety concerns.
• Complete accurate care documentation and maintain clear, timely communication with office staff.
• Provide dependable, consistent care Monday through Friday.
