About The Position

Forest Hill Heights Senior Living Facility is hiring Personal Care Aides for multiple weekend shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights. The role provides residents with supervision and assistance in ways that help them feel genuinely cared for. Personal Care Aides observe and report changes in residents’ status to the appropriate charge person and honor resident requests while providing service.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, supervision, and assistance to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Receive and give shift reports for assigned residents to the charge person.
• Change linens, collect soiled linens, and distribute clean linens as required.
• Assist residents in maintaining their rooms, bathrooms, and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner.
• Provide direction and assistance with grooming, haircare, shaving, and ordinary care of nails, teeth, and mouth.
• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, walking and transfers, and eating.
• Take and record weights as directed.
• Observe and report changes in resident status to the appropriate charge person.
• Honor resident requests while providing care and service.
