About The Position

Chantilly Heights Memory Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to support older adults and create a safe, comfortable environment for individuals living with memory loss. The role involves providing attentive, respectful care tailored to each resident’s needs and helping residents feel safe, valued, and at home.

Available schedules include a full-time or part-time day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and a part-time evening shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Hold a current Virginia-approved certification or credential, such as PCA, HHA, CNA, or another qualifying direct-care certification.
• Be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow individualized care plans and community policies.
