About The Position

Northland Heights Senior Living in Pittsburgh is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to support older adults and help create a safe, comfortable environment for residents living with memory loss. The role involves assisting residents with personal care and activities of daily living while providing respectful support tailored to individual needs. Full-time opportunities are available across day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines.
• Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow individualized care plans and community policies.
