About The Position

Brompton Heights Senior Living in Williamsville is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to support older adults and provide a safe, comfortable environment for individuals living with memory loss. The role involves assisting residents with personal care and activities of daily living, following individualized care plans, and providing respectful, attentive support tailored to each resident’s needs. Full-time opportunities are available across day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines.
• Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow individualized care plans and community policies.
