About The Position

Brompton Heights Senior Living in Williamsville is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to support older adults and create a safe, comfortable environment for people living with memory loss. The role involves providing individualized, respectful assistance with personal care and activities of daily living, while helping residents feel safe, valued, and at home.

Full-time opportunities are available on day shifts (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), evening shifts (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.), and overnight shifts (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow individualized care plans and community policies.
