About The Position

Orchard Heights Senior Living in Orchard Park is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to support older adults, including individuals living with memory loss. The role focuses on providing respectful, attentive personal care and helping residents feel safe, comfortable, valued, and at home. Full-time opportunities are available, with day and evening shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Help residents with mobility, meals, grooming, dressing, and other daily routines.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Follow individualized care plans and community policies.
