About The Position

Hamister Group is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Aide to join the team at Orchard Heights Assisted Living. This day-shift role helps maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming home for residents. Providing exceptional service and honoring resident preferences are central to the work. The position is scheduled for 30 or more hours per week and requires alternating weekends and a holiday rotation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas.
• Help ensure a warm, welcoming, and home-like atmosphere throughout the community.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and infection control standards.
• Respond to resident requests with professionalism and care.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to support daily operations.
