About The Position
Orchard Heights Senior Living in Orchard Park is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides to support older adults and create a safe, comfortable environment for individuals living with memory loss. The role provides respectful, attentive care tailored to each resident’s needs and supports residents in daily routines, mobility, and meals. Aides observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior, maintain a safe and clean environment, build relationships with residents, families, and team members, and follow individualized care plans and community policies. Day and evening shifts are available, with full-time opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to provide attentive and respectful care to individuals living with memory-related conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Provide respectful, compassionate support tailored to each resident’s needs.
