About The Position

Orchard Heights Senior Living is seeking a friendly, dependable Culinary / Dietary Aide to provide residents with an exceptional restaurant-style dining experience in a warm, resident-centered community. The role involves greeting residents, taking meal orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to resident requests. The aide also prepares a variety of beverages and foods, and helps keep the dining room and kitchen clean and ready for service.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior restaurant, kitchen, or senior living dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide warm, restaurant-style meal service.
• Take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with resident requests.
• Prepare coffee, beverages, salads, sandwiches, and desserts.
• Bus, sanitize, and reset dining room tables.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room cleanliness.
