About The Position

Interim HealthCare is hiring caring, compassionate, and dependable Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one care to clients in their own homes. The role supports clients’ comfort, dignity, and independence. Scheduling is flexible based on availability, with PRN and part-time opportunities and the potential to pick up additional hours. Multiple shifts are available, including days, evenings, and overnights. Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday is required.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in a comparable care aide job, a current CNA license, or completion of the first semester of nursing school.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
• Two professional references.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Assist with shopping and everyday activities.
• Support clients’ comfort, dignity, and independence.

Benefits
