About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Personal Care Aides to provide one-on-one home care to clients in Hyannis, Yarmouth, Centerville, Marstons Mills, Barnstable, Cotuit, Dennis, and surrounding towns. The role offers flexible scheduling, including the opportunity to choose caregiving hours, and provides free pre-hire training. Aides are supported by mentorship, training, and 24/7 clinical support. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successfully complete BAYADA's free pre-hire 60-hour Personal Care Training Course.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide range-of-motion assistance and exercises.
• Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Provide medication assistance.
