About The Position

At First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), Personal Bankers help customers with their financial journeys by understanding their unique needs and providing recommendations that support financial well-being. The role ranges from assisting with everyday transactions to helping customers consider longer-term financial needs, such as retirement savings. Branch managers work alongside the team and provide in-depth training to support proactive customer engagement. The position is anticipated to be onsite at the Metcalf Branch in Overland Park, Kansas, though the work location may change based on business needs. Starting pay is $22 per hour; the final offer may vary based on lending experience, education, and skill level. This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), including meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, criminal background, and ongoing regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
