About The Position

The Person in Charge (PIC) is a secondary work assignment available only to current Area Coordinators, CSMs, or Department Managers at this location. Candidates must apply and be selected. The role pays an additional $2.00 per hour while scheduled as PIC. The PIC reports to the Store Manager and coordinates with store management, the district manager, the senior VP of store operations, area coordinators, hourly clerks and cashiers, and administrative office staff.
